As a political enthusiast with strong opinions, Haneen has received a lot of criticism and discouragement. People have constantly shunned her passion for politics by saying – ‘You will never be able to succeed in politics because you’re a girl!’, ‘There’s no place for girls in politics!’ It really disheartened her.
She didn’t want other girls her age to go through the same and give up on their dreams. So, through this project, Haneen wishes to help them achieve their dreams and become whoever they want to be!
DISHA PANDA
Disha has seen the difference education has made to one’s life in her family. It is also the reason she is living the life she has today. She has always prioritized her education and is bent on fulfilling her dreams.
To see girls deprived of education and the mere right to dream motivated her to work towards gender equality in higher education and help them excel in today's world. She has seen the power of education and aspiration in a change of a person's lifestyle.
